• Location Data (GPS): We collect your precise location data only when you use the Clock-In and Clock-Out features. This is required to verify that attendance is marked within the designated site radius (Geofencing). We do not track your location in the background or after you have clocked out.
• Media & Files: The app requires access to your camera and gallery to upload site progress photos, material request proof, and annotated drawings (markups).

2. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used strictly for professional project management purposes, including:

• Verifying attendance and calculating working hours/overtime.
• Generate daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Managing material and plant equipment requests.
• Maintaining a digital trail of project markups and site documentation.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is securely stored on our protected cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or modification of your information. Your data is only accessible to authorised administrators of Marchants & Co Ltd.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or site data with third-party marketing agencies. Data is only shared with internal management for payroll and operational purposes.

You have the right to request access to the data stored about you or ask for corrections. If you leave the company, your account can be deactivated or deleted by the System Administrator upon request.

To function correctly, PMSPRO will ask for the following permissions:

• Location: For GPS-verified attendance.

• Notifications: To receive updates on material requests and company broadcasts.
